What counts as a decision?
A decision is generated each time Cortium processes an incoming message through the pipeline and produces a structured output. One message in = one decision out.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
On the Starter plan, new messages will queue until the next month. On Pro, we will notify you and you can choose to upgrade or wait. We never cut off access without warning.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing on the Pro plan gives you two months free (effectively $65/month). Contact us for enterprise annual pricing.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro features regardless of plan. After the trial, you keep the Starter plan for free or continue with Pro.
Is my data used to train models for other companies?
No. Your data is used exclusively to improve decisions within your organization. We never share data across tenants or use it for general model training.
